Dr. Reed, Would like a longer penis, what is your fee, have some phimosis. Saw before and after photos of penile lengthening on your web-site penisdoctor.com/before-after-penile-enlargement Jake
Dear Jake, Penile lengthening results are highly dependent upon a patient’s willingness to use penile traction for a minimum of 8 hours a day in divided sessions. Ideally 1 to 2 pounds of weight for a total of 6 hours a day and 2 to 8 pounds of weight for 1 hour twice daily. If truth be known, you can achieve penile length gains without surgery just with penile traction alone. Penile lengthening is 65% you (traction) and 35% me (fast track surgery).
If you have a buried, so called concealed or hidden penis (adult acquired) meaning you were longer when you were younger, there are procedures to remove an over-hanging pubic fat pad panus (draping or blousing pubic skin and fat). Or so called pubic dermato-lipectomy or escutcheonectomy. Skin once chronically stretched seldom self-restores, but if the duration has been for a few months, simple dieting may help.
Hoping all this is of help. If there is serious interest, that’s what a personal consultation and office based physical exam is for.
Let’s talk phimosis for a while. Phimosis is a narrowing the the distal foreskin. It may be relative in that you are with some difficult retract the foreskin all the way when flaccid and expose your glans or may be not at all if you are erect. So I am thinking step number one is to ask for some information to be sent you by Email (no charge), secondly a trial of penile traction as recommended and see if your life style is compatible with that.
A patient of mine with young children had an open bedroom door policy. If the children wanted to see Mom or Dad right away they could do that. One day, Johnny comes in and sees the father wearing a penile traction device and says “Daddy, what’s that?” The embarrassed father took the appliance off and put it in the bottom drawer of his bureau never to be used again, although there are concealed models that could be worn during the day time.
