Thank for you looking at our before and after pictures of adult circumcision. If you have an element of phimosis then any involved phimotic tissue has to be removed. Otherwise if the ring of tissue is retracted onto the shaft you’ll have a paraphimosis, where is an emergency situation. Aside from that not overly tight and certainly not that loose it looks you you need a circumcision. That would be my suggestion. For recurrent balano-posthitis, of course, an adult circumcision is indicated. Would be happy to confer with you regarding circumcision styles during your consultaion.
