I am interested in lengthening the testicular cords bilaterally. Also possible testicular size enhancement, however cord lengthening may provide a good result. I understand it is done by stripping the cremaster muscle. I’m wondering what extra length can be achieved with this? Ethan

Thank you for your interest in what we do.
Your knowledge of the procedure is excellent. Unless there is a true cryptorchid problem, most cases we have done provides more than sufficient length for the testes to rest on the bottom of the scrotal hammock, even lie on its side.
I would propose you have implants put in at a later date if desired. Too much surgery in a confined area.
