I wanted to know that if I were to travel from Spain for testicular enhancement, would there be any possible problems associated with the return air journey back to Spain?

Thanks for your interest in testicular enhancement and visiting our web-site http://www.penisdoctor.com/testicular.htm.   We hope you can relate to the before and after photos.  While the likelihood of post-op problems exists for any surgery, to play it safe, perhaps stay here for a week after surgery.  I will see you frequently.

Testicular enhancement is becoming one of our most popular procedures, because the patient satisfaction rate is high and the results are aesthetically pleasing.

We no longer do caps but rather install soft ovoid prostheses in front of your existing testes to reduce any likelihood of impairment to your sperm production.  If there is any concern about this, please have a seminal analysis done prior to surgery.

If you are over 40, please call the office before scheduling surgery, as a letter of medical clearance will most likely be needed.

Candidates who wish to secure their reservations with our facilities are required to have minimally letters of clearance if needed and a phone consultation  with a favorable response to questions of concern.  Assuming this, you will be given the nod to send in a 50% deposit which is non-refundable.

No aspirin or aspirin products, blood thinners such as Plavix, Coumadin, no anti-inflammatory drugs such as Motrin, Advil, Alleve, or Cox 2 inhibitors such as Celebrex or Vioxx for a week before surgery.  No Vitamin E or excessive alcohol or spices for a week before surgery as this may promote bruising.  Bruising can be reduced (many believe) with Bromelain 500 mg 1 twice a day, Arnica montana dose 30C (take 4 small tablets sublingually, 4 times a day), vitamin C 500 mg (3 times a day) starting 1 week before surgery.   Please give us a call and we’ll talk further.

I am a 52 year old Male. I’m happy with the size and shape of my Penis and Erection. However it has been a long time wish of mine to have a larger, fuller scrotum. I understand that Silicone implants are not used for this purpose. Can anything else be done to permanently enhance and enlarge my scrotum? Please review the attached.  Please do not opt for silicone injections into your scrotum as this will at best create a fluff bag, may injure your testes even further.  Also look at silicone injection disasters http://penisdoctor.com/silicone.htm (several photos).

Consider insertion of soft silicone ovoids which can be almost any size you wish.  I will make some recommendations of course.

Hi Dr. Reed,

I found this email address on www.penisdoctor.com, I am hoping to arrange a consultation regarding a variety of things!

First of all, a few years ago I received silicone injections – 60cc in my scrotum and 10/20cc in my penis.I love the sensation of having a foreskin ( from the silicone in my penis shaft, I was circumcised as a kid), I love the size and the way it feels, however, I am dissatisfied with its appearance. My penis shaft is lumpy, there is a small area that looks inflamed, it looks inflated when flaccid rather than dangling down like a normal penis,

Therefore I am looking to reverse the silicone procedure, and would like to review other augmentation methods.

I am not sure if I am able to have everything done at once or whether it would have to be done in stages, so please provide me a breakdown of costs, and what you would do for the following:

1. removal of silicone
2. foreskin restoration (do you do this surgery?)
3 penile lengthening and augmentation
           (there seems to be lots of techniques in AlloDerm, scaffolding, fat transfer etc – what’s the difference in using each of these )
4. glanular enhancement
5. penis lengthening
            (is there a way to disguise/minimise the scars)
6. testicular enlargement

I have part-time work in adult entertainment, which I love to do. Therefore I want to go as long, and wide (within sensible limitations) as possible.
