In San Francisco where there are more Orientals, the average is lower and in San Paolo Brazil with a higher number of blacks, the numbers are higher. Please do not let anyone make you feel insecure regarding penile length, because normal is a very broad range and includes 95% of all men. Some women like to bug men, telling them they are too short, playing upon built in sensitivities. My recommendation before you consider surgery, find another woman who likes you for what you are.
Sexual enjoyment is based upon many factors, and fair to say a woman with the largest breasts may not be the most exciting turn on.
