Preputial bridges covering corona yearning to breath free
I would not want to proceed unless I would be happy with the end result. I certainly would not want to do it if it left my penis looking abnormal. What do you think??

Good afternoon Benson,
Thank you for your interest in what we do. Sorry, we do not maintain a directory of handful of urologists who are exceedingly gifted in cosmetic circumcision.
We do preputial bridges almost monthly here at the office.
There may be a slight pigment change at the base of each bridge pedicle, but usually not noticeable to a casual observer. As a rule these areas are very thin, so this works to your advantage.
Yes, I am confident we can address your concerns and do an excellent cosmetic job.
I have performed over 6000 cosmetic circumcisions in the past 35 years and usually do several cases every week. We have done sons of physicians, brothers, religious circumcisions, men who have not seen the heads of their penis for 20 years! This is your circumcision and we do it the way you want with respect to 4 parameters.
Please don’t be like the patient who writes: “Dr. Reed I just got circumcised two days ago and my result was not what i expected. I was wondering when i recover can i get a consultation with you.” Photos sent and received (unspoken comment “disaster zone”)
Be assured we will show you every courtesy,
All the best, and take good care of little Benson

Sure Benson , send photos.
The head of the penis is no stranger to malignant transformation and have such a patient now who had a partial penile amputation and a course of radiotherapy, going from 8 inches (he says) to about 3 measured at office.
If your bridges are covering desquamated skin, simple body dirt, smegma, you name it, best for that area to get a good washing on a daily basis.
More important than cosmesis (and we fuss over that) is hygiene.
Awaiting your photos,
Harold

Good afternoon Benson,
Thank you for taking time to send to photos.
What I am seeing is a corona (rim) that yearns to breath free. I do not envision any problems with releasing what nature has given you and needs to be exteriorized.
Suggestion, let us do your vasectomy at the same. Vasectomy fee is 500; if done as “an add-on” 400.
So far, how’s our driving?
Sincerely,
Harold M. Reed, M.D.

Thanks for your response. I had recently sent photos to another Urologist who specializes in the same work you do. From my research, there were only 2 doctors that I found that appear to be experts and specialize in this type of procedure. You and him. He stated, my skin bridges were some of the most extensive he?d ever seen?.and it seems he?s seen a lot over the course of his career as well. My skin bridges are consistent all the way around the head of my penis except for 2 small holes on the left and front side. I?d say 98% of the corona is covered since the skin adhered over top the corona on the actual head. So when the shaft of my penis is pulled down or towards my body?.it also pulls the head down too!
I?m very interested and am glad to hear that you do these monthly as you?ve stated. I?m just a little ?wary? since the other professional thought that the head might be a little disfigured after the procedure and concluded that if I wasn?t presently in any discomfort or pain ?it?d be better to leave it alone. Based on this information, do you still think you could make it right?
If you want, I could send you photos to give you an idea of what I?m talking about. Please let me know. I do thank you for your time and attention Doc.

i have a case i think is similar to bensons case, as a result of innapropriate circumsition at birth. i am 21 years old and my frenulum covered the corona of my penis making my penis look like a testtube with some squeezed skin under the frenulum i would like to know if it can be worked to normal.
