Penoscrotal Web detracting from length and enjoyment
My Family is in your area and I’m researching doing Penoscrotal Web Release surgery. I was referred to your offices. I’ve a large “turkey neck web”. My concern is that my penis flaccid is quite small but becomes extremely large when erect. I want the surgery purely for cosmetic reasons. There is no question that if your erectile bodies extend well beyond the body surface line, having them wrapped solely with skin as opposed to a draping scrotum underneath will from many views provide the semblance of longer length, actually the true length of your penis. When the penis is erect it tends to be elevated and when you are vertical the underside of your penis is what your partner sees. This should be a turn-on.
