My circumcision is too loose, needs to be tighter

I was circumcised when I was 17 years old, and, though I am not completely dissatisfied with the result, I would like to know if certain changes can be made to improve the look of my penis when it is flaccid.  I have a V-shaped scar on the underside, and it appears to be that way because my frenulum is too short (between the scar line and the glans) and it is pulling up that section of the scarline.  Is there anyway to fix this?  Also, there is a lot of skin that droops down on the underside.  Is there a way to reduce that?  And last but not least, the circumicision was done slightly loose so some of the shaft skin still hangs over the inner foreskin layer.  I do not wish to reduce this part of the skin any further, but is there a way to remove about a cm of skin from the base (top and bottom) so that the circumcision looks tighter?  Please let me know.  Thank you very much.   Ethan

Good afternoon Ethan,

Thanks for your E-mail inquiry and visiting our web-site http://penisdoctor.com/circumcision.htm.

A circumcision is perhaps the highest cosmetic calling given to a urologist.

Surely excess skin can be removed and if there is a way you can envisualize by using some of the extra skin you have now, replacing the V-scar by transfer, then we can do that as well.  Of course, I would have a better idea once I see you.

We do several circumcisions and a few revisions here every week, as we enjoy a reputation for excellence and exactitude when it comes to cosmetically performed adult circumcisions.  We operate within tolerances of 1/32″ or about 1/2 mm.
