I have been experiencing deep cuts on and around my penis head during and after sex. I don’t know if my girlfriend is just that close built or is it because of the friction that accures during sex. under normal circumstances. Chronically injured and somewhat devitalized
skin will. Most likely your head is fine but the distal foreskin is not.Yes, I would concur a circumcision would be beneficial.
