In the past I could not pull the foreskin back at all. I was one of those cases of phimosis associated with diabetes. So, I got circumcised, I can personally testify that I lost about two inch of penile length (penile shortening). They cut too much of my skin and now it is too tight.
Dr. Reed, what do you recommend to correct this problem? If surgery is needed, would my insurance BlueCross/BlueShield cover it? Please, any information would help greatly. Julio
